I get the sense that Kelsey is struggling with the responsibility of acting as a representative of an institution vs. the regular human responsibility of representing oneself, and I dunno, I think that is actually a pretty noble struggle to have even if it sometimes causes errors

One advantage I have living life in the utterly bizarre way I've been living it is that I'm not borrowing trust or credibility from anyone when I talk. It's not something I ever have to worry about. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable being fully transparent about my opinion.

Anyway, I thought Kelsey's writing on the virus was some of the better stuff out there even in the early days. I don't think anyone can fairly accuse her of fostering a sense of complacency despite Vox's broader misbehavior there. Please don't make her be the scapegoat for this!
