How do you figure out what the big problems are and what to prioritize amongst them? (Besides talking to customers and going deeper with quant surveys.)

This. We vastly underestimated the complexity of these tools and the business cost of not having them readily available when we started out. I wish we had incorporated in Singapore to use Stripe. (Or you could come to Thailand.)
