Why locate in Dublin? housing costs a lot more sensible in Cork, Limerick etc

Remote and/or locating outside Dublin could easily work around the housing problem.

Singapore have the same environment as well, and if you allow remote / commute at APAC you will find a lot of awesome engineer's
