Some coming of age memoirs do this very nicely and memorably. But writing one of those is a serious task. I’d love to read the long-blog-post/talk-length version for so many people.

One of the most fulfilling classes I took at MIT was a version of https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/comparative-media-studies-writing/21w-022-03-writing-and-experience-reading-and-writing-autobiography-spring-2014/ … … where every class, students read aloud the autobiographical essays they had written. It took courage but it was emotional, cathartic, and inspirational.
