Highlighting them in the first place is great, but the suggestion in the tooltip that actually explains *why* it doesn't apply and how to fix that is amazing.
I've been involved in DevTools dev for years, and I've both had and heard many good ideas to improve it. It's always a special feeling seeing on of them finally take shape. Finally. I've wanted this for ages. Even started writing my own CSS model to make it happen (but I got bogged down unsurprisingly). Lots more that can and should be done in this vein.

What about a feature that detects rules that don't work properly on all browsers, given a browser matrix, and suggesting how to fix it?
