Others have pointed it out, but this author showing a ton of examples of calories correlating with weight gain/loss and then just disregarding them is weird. ~20% increase in calories and ~15% in weight gain, but ignores it. Eat 10k cals, gain 30lbs. Eat less, go back to normal

you’re discounting a bit that endocrine disrupters and chemical containment has been placed as a theory for obesity. It’s for sure part of the picture but to discount everything else is crazy
