Uganda’s dependence burden in one pic. At such an age & income level see how much burden the trainee UPDF pilot was dealing with. 12 people all depending on 1 soul. Young people, please see how to evade some of this black tax. It’s just not sustainable. Don’t die in the struggle!

Police arresting the placard folks. I am in a default setting to empathize with any unemployed person. Never experienced it, but I have seen what it can do. Shreds every form of self-esteem. Both family and society stigmatize you as a leech, useless and lazy.

A colleague at work just paid Shs.1.5M for his newbie son at the kindergarten school. This is the same amount I’m paying for a sibling at one of the private universities around. I’m still puzzled, what exactly are these Kindergarten schools offering to these to little kids? 1.5M?

We must stand against the suppression of democracy in Uganda. In the run up to the election we need a free and fair process, allow the people to choose who they want to lead the country into this decade.
