    Asked to interview a superstar chef recently I told his PR people I wanted to ask him about a story on the underpayment of his staff. They told me he wouldn't answer questions about that. I refused to do the interview.

    Systematic underpayment: Staff left out of pocket by millions but all hail the super star chefs! DO not tell me that they are blameless in this! Shocking but all to familiar, the disregard for kitchen and front of house staff is disgusting! Masculine ego driven industry!

    Fair play to . she has the tenacity to stand up and say what we have all been thinking. It is time for a monumental shift in Irish politics and that will not be achieved by the same old FG/FF revolving door Governments. If you want change, actually vote for it
