I thought I was being clever tagging the four identical RSA 2FA devices a Japanese bank gave my family with daddy rabbit, mommy rabbit, sister rabbit, and brother rabbit stickers to show which was which. Lillian (age 3) loved the stickers but didn’t need “tinyphone.”
If I trusted the devices to reliably work every time I used them on the correct account I would do that, but suffice it to say that 3~5 login failures seems to be adequately sized for working with a single device on the correct account.
