What's the best way to get a community up and running (purely from a software perspective)? Not terribly interested in chat (Slack/Discord) as most people in this community aren't perpetually hanging out online. :)

We use Discourse extensively (at my current and previous companies) and I think it is the best out-of-a-box option.
