If you’re looking around the office for something interesting to do, compare the set of really important things with the set that someone is scored on, and do something in the gap. From a product perspective, generally better to do something many someones are currently scored on

Probably says a lot about the places I've worked that I assumed you meant the "gap" was important things no one is scored on.

Unimportant things lots of people are scored on are A Thing, too, but easier to achieve change re: the other phenomenon.
