Not that I know anything about loan underwriting, being but a humble real estate broker at a company which has a $100 billion commercial portfolio and refers of thousands of people for residential mortgages every year, but he certainly seems like a good credit risk to me.

I am good at this game, but I am periodically reminded that some people are much, much better at it than me. If you ever are buying in Tokyo, I’ve got a guy to introduce you to. Fair warning: he’s an aggressive and sophisticated counterparty, but he works hard for his money.
