Incidentally, easy opportunity missed: if you're a real estate agent in Tokyo, and you don't have 5 copies of this on hand ready to give out to somebody like me who comes in and announces his intent to buy property... that's a layup. You can do this, too!

Books are relatively high perceived value and, next to cost of acquisition for high-value deals, very, very low-priced. You can make it a process at your business that you deliver them to leads as a good-will and qualification gesture. Works for sales, recruiting, etc.

Probably, but they'd be far less likely to cover issues relevant to foreigners. Language choice is a topic filter.
