Someone is going to eventually popularize an addressing system which makes people enter pointers and have a computer translate that into a physical address. My bet is Amazon, but it really *should* be one of the logistics startups.
But regardless of how you choose to describe physical locations, there should be a way to tell a computer "Send patio11 this package" and have the computer say "Gotcha, I know what building in Nakameguro to point the driver at" rather than have you have to specify which.
