This book has been very insightful to me, even though I'm neither in a Management position nor do I have such an organizational overhead currently. Nevertheless, it opened my eyes to a lot of potential problems and conflicts which have never occured to me before.

I have really enjoyed Goldratt‘s books. The Goal being the first. Reasonably well written and while I don‘t take all of it at face value, I have learned a lot from each of his books.
