        er, laws and regulations passed by duly elected governments don't apply to them because they come to work on a skateboard and are "disruptors" (disruption is using external financing to buy market share by selling below cost).

        Regulations aside, there is a tension between the natural functioning of secondary markets and token ubiquity from a fair dealing point of view. This seems to be a primary dilemma for tokens.
