Mechanically how it works is "You send me an email saying 'Patrick give me an invite code', I do, and then you make with the clicky clicky and we make with the faxy faxy and then, suddenly, a company."

Canada has very good / cheap / easy corporate registration, especially in BC (which is like the Delaware of Canada with non-resident directors). And lower & less complicated taxes.

This is the part that sucks Justin
Annoying withholding tax stuff, double taxation on dividends, etc. Not to mention *horrendous* US corporate tax rate vs. Canadian corporation.
I'd bet money that it's better for US/Canadian partners to incorporate instead of there. -
Incorporate here*** (in Canada), important missing word

What about co-founders from Russia? I read something about business with operations in Russia are not allowed, but wasn’t sure about what that actually means in terms of co-founders.

Unfortunately, this restriction includes the location of any owners, partners or employees.
