I just wonder if I just let them be if it’s any sort of negative marker on my account. From the perspective of time spent, it makes 0 sense for me to dispute a $19 charge; but I also don’t have the volume to automate it.
We've always done so to prevent our lack of response being marked as suspicious. It's never worth the money though :-/
