Note that it is not true that *all* regulations are backstopped by instant orbital bombardment. You have to hire people who know difference.

I'm guessing he's referring to Zenefits. The gist is that Zenefits folks passed the insurance salesman exams but used The Macro to click through 60 hours of powerpoints.
