1) No freemium: all users are eventually paying users. 2) You optimize pre-launch and immediately post-launch for getting heavily engaged users over money; whether you extract a promise to pay, cash it in, or give people extended free trials largely up to personal preference.

3) Shortly after launch, you will transition to credit card upfront free trials, with the goal of maximizing conversion rates to $$$. 4) Eventually, as your business matures and you have customer success team/processes in place, you may switch to CC optional free trials.
