I think the confusion here arises because yelling *can* hurt a bank... if it's from their customer, who might take business elsewhere.

What people fail to realize is that when reporting fraud *they're not a customer*; hence no danger of taking business elsewhere.

Maybe this is required to get quick action at a few select major banks. But community banks and credit unions are happy to help immediately
