Full package (salary, bonus, one year of RSUs): $140k, $350k, almost unbounded but say $500k ~ $800k available in substantial quantity.

Restricted stock units. Google at al will say "We will award you 200 shares of our stock over 4 years." After it vests, is ~cash.

The vesting schedule is typically "You get 25% of your grant on the first anniversary and the remainder equally monthly over 36 months"
