      Without another offer, all you can really do is ask politely & hope they'll be nice. The only way to get big raises is getting other offers.

      When possible, discuss multiple options you'd be happy with Higher salary, more stock, time off, many kinds of bonus schemes out there, etc

      Full package (salary, bonus, one year of RSUs): $140k, $350k, almost unbounded but say $500k ~ $800k available in substantial quantity.

          Restricted stock units. Google at al will say "We will award you 200 shares of our stock over 4 years." After it vests, is ~cash.
