Before I made it into tech, I ran and tanked for very top guilds. World first Nef kill for example in original WoW. Play no more though

The ambition and leadership really did need an outlet. Video games were it until I was successful at career and business.

My views are informed by this same experience. Running a WoW guild was work. I learned quite a lot about managing people and earned nothing.
