There is a button on that dashboard which lets a CS rep disable their password. There has to be. They can be talked into pushing it.

All the bad guy has to do is get the CS rep to push it. Not "the" CS rep, even. "Any" CS rep. They can call right back and try again.

I've set "account passwords" up with various companies that the CSRs are supposed to check. They rarely do.
