Sometimes I worry that the work I do represents only a fraction of what I’m capable of. Am I living up to my potential? Feel the same?

Very much so. The real fear is that potential is never reached, and that life's work results in no net benefit.

You will get a lot more fulfilment out of focusing on people rather than business goals. Your children, family, mentees, employees, etc.

I mostly agree. I desire to be a force multiplier for more than my immediate acquaintances, and I think that's where I get stuck more.

Well it depends how you calculate it but you can still do a lot of good just being supportive and useful to your acquaintances.
