I think that a better question to ask is "Tell me what your business looks like." followed by "What dissatisfies you about it?"

I'm curious how often this question results in a viable business. As opposed to, say, "what is keeping you from expanding?"

I presume (perhaps incorrectly) that both get an entrepreneur to the same place, which is that you want to sell more screencasts.

It is not my impression that selling educational content online is a solved problem. Not by astronomical units.
