I get an unreasonable amount of utility out of two summers of having been a CS support drone. A++ would take orders for pens again.

For example, I'm pretty good at blackboxing when I need an escalation to achieve my objection and then achieving escalation.

There's a difference between "We can't do that", "I can't do that", "I'm not aware we can do that", and "We can't do that [lie]."
