This reminds me of the "Important Account Updates" that AT&T keeps sending me via snail mail that are ads for DirectTV.
They're warning customers that their email system has been compromised by the marketing team.
I know a lot of ppl swear by Rackspace, but I've had nothing but bad service time and time again. Thankfully never a customer

Have you seen this @Rackspace? Security is serious and should not be used as bait for a sales email.
