Isn't North Korea already a cashless society? More seriously, hard to be cashless as long as you have tourists.

most places still accept cash but I was at a bar yesterday that only took cards.

(It's an awesome system, we use them to do really cheap + instant US->Kenya money transfer since M-Pesa bucks are ~as good as cash)
