I sympathize with "Why work outside of work? I have responsibilities and no time." I also sympathize with "Why work out?" But, go to gym.

I'm not going to judge anybody for making that choice, but it's salutary to own the fact that that was choice, and one that can be changed.

(The "go to gym" advice is because it is highly probable you will achieve health benefits from moderate exercise vs. default sedentary dev.)
