@apocatwitchit It often takes a year or so to get rid of non-productive people, particularly at shops where code isn't evaluated frequently.

@apocatwitchit This can result in someone doing 2 years at Foo, 1 year at Bar, 2 years at Baz and if Foo/Bar/Baz are brand names looks great
