@patio11 risk offloading sucks. But there still needs to be a "good" way of "sorry this didn't work, here's X-month pay, don't come in tmrw" -
@patio11 absent that we get abuse on both sides of the spectrum: temp-to-perm, high risk of employee contesting the firing in court.
