I just did a pseudo kickoff meeting for a SaaS customer, similar to how one would for e.g. a consulting engagement.

Implementation was literally just emailing them 5 times in an hour. "Starting now!" "15 people have confirmed! Congrats!" "Systems good!"

Clearly this doesn't work with $29 a month accounts but for LTVs in the $Xk region oh yeah is this doable. (If not by me, by employees.)
