@ericpallen I think that SaaS businesses which think that they can scale down in $$$ from sales/marketing are engaged in wishful thinking.

@kylemathews A good question. I read a LOT of them, including outside software. (Hobbyist in investing.) Not sure what I would recommend.

@patio11 @KrakensDen I think about 2/3rds of their office space in SF is sales and marketing. There are a LOT of salespeople there.
