If you’re ever in Japan with kids who like dinosaurs, or are an adult who has a bit of childlike wonder, try Dino Safari. You could watch their promo material on YouTube, but if you trust my recommendation, just go in cold.

2005: CEO is frustrated by fact that only human-sized Dino puppets are “Godzilla style” with the tail dragging behind the actor and begins lifelong quest to rectify this.
Then starts building mechanized lifesize puppet suits.

The monetization for what would otherwise be something of a niche hobby is for a week every year they do what is essentially a live action dinosaur puppet play to several tens of thousands of people for $40 apiece then go back to workshop to build more dinosaurs for next year.
