If you observe that e.g. all the good advice about weight lifting is written by and for people who will see almost no gain at the margin from advice about weightlifting, one adaptation is writing weightlifting for non-weightlifters. (One is being weightlifters’ e.g. money guy.)

A substantial portion of all value I’ve created comes from the realization that software people are socialized to abdicate responsibility for business outcomes and that therefore if I can pitch marketing without sounding like “a marketer” they get exponentially more effective.
