I started my plans at $5, $10, $15/month. After 100 customers, I increased plan pricing to $19, $29, $49/month. After 800 customers, increased to $49, $99, $199/month. I think starting cheaper helped early-on to get it rolling. I didn't have an audience or network to start with.
