“The rich and poor alike will have food cooked by others” sounded implausible in 1920 (“That implies the poor can afford servants!”) but we now have sufficient technology to cheat their understanding of what labor is and how many e.g. Chipotle burritos one can produce per hour.

For customers: better food cheaper and it comes to you. For capital: higher margins and lower capex per unit produced than currently seem plausible, and great economies of scale in places we think we’re tapped out on scale. (Restaurants.)

Food needs to be delivered within a 5 minute window at most for that to work decently, and for some dishes 5 minutes is too long.

I don't think it's possible without final prep done on the move, outside the door before delivery, or in some machine people people rent or own. Emulsions separate, meat and egg overcooks, crispy things get soggy.
