Also says that with present progress of the epidemic you have to assume every patient presenting for care is infected (which assumption greatly increases difficulty of treating them). Otherwise you risk infection of staff and a cluster sidelining a hospital. (Again.)

Re: difficulty of triaging patients: because extremely rapid deterioration is an observed feature of the disease, and sent home patients may not be able to self-diagnose as deteriorating in time, need hotel/etc observed care locations so someone is around to push big red button.
