I read both your articles: the white paper (your insights on your thought processes would help readers improve theirs) and the summary on hashes. Just 1 question: what does the tweeted hash represent? Is it the file name, file content, or...?

It's the computed hash for the document. Hashes can be used to show documents / files are unchanged, and thus it was the actual contents of the file when he tweeted it a month ago. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_verification …
