Orange cap here means 1% fat which is more than the red cap (skimmed milk) but less than the green cap (semi-skimmed)
Same. I have kids so it's gallons only, but essentially if it isn't a white jug with a red cap I experience some version of cognitive dissonance and certainly wouldn't buy it.
