You may wish to electronically tone down your exposure for your own mental health. I recommend giving yourself permission to do that. This situation will likely not resolve itself in days or weeks.

There will also be extreme flareups over things which are not the common enemy, because some folks will be at the "Anxiously waiting during the last normal days" stage while others are grieving, and they talk. This is already happening, but you're going to see a lot more of it.

And so you're going to see firestorms over people signal boosting impassioned "How dare you X while I have Y" from folks with impeccably good reasons to be upset, with *very engaged* emergent networks of watchers.
