Related: I’ve told people “hey, don’t bribe anyone okay”. Do you think that counts as an “anti-bribery policy”? What if I put “tell employee not to bribe anyone” in our on boarding google-doc? (That mostly exists to remind me to buy them a laptop, and what our mail server is)

A particularly on-the-ball implementation of this will produce a paper trail capable of answering, for any employee, when the date in the last year they re-certified on it was.
