Like, there are things that are valuable which I could not write or my company could not write because they are off-brand, but for a typical e.g. intermediate engineer, almost anything a professional could write is OK. Which is a subset of “anything at all” but a broad subset.

I see. I'm trying to discern whether humor or creative writing on a web presence can be mixed with technical writing. I haven't seen it done anywhere, but maybe that's because most engineers aren't interested in creative writing?
