Coronavirus continues constraining daily life in Tokyo, less at “lockdown” levels and more at “a million inconveniences incurred and natural rhythms forgone”, probably magnified at certain people/businesses/etc. It’s a holiday weekend. Shops at ~30% usual capacity (by eyeball).

People in Korea: "The President ignored CDC Chief's request to close the borders weeks ago because of the March visit by the Gen. Secretary, and now we have the 2nd highest number of cases." Perhaps a convenient scapegoat for not taking it seriously. What are people saying there?
