Something I am constantly teaching marketers: Don't set your price as a static thing for a static offer. If you have levels and things you can add/subtract, you can make pretty much any budget work. They just can't get DFY service for done-by-them prices.

Peanut gallery: To make this a little more concrete, a consultant might have an offering where they do the work ("done for you [the client]") or an offering where client gets videos talking about things to keep in mind in domain (so that client can have work "done by them[self]")

Totally. DBT = they buy a course from you about how to set it up / do it. DWY = guided, they do all the implementation and you consult (2x DBT) DFY = full service, 3-4x DBT, next year's results this year.

Absolutely! You're basically giving them an easier onramp to working with you, and then when they see how much work it is they'll go "Oh, can you just do this for me?" in which case you say "Sure, here's our DFY option."
