There’s a cooking school near my house which runs a cafe to consume their industrial biproduct (meals cooked by students), and it’s the a fantastic point on the cost performance curve even by Tokyo standards.

It's food prepared in a commercial kitchen under the watchful eye of professional chefs, by people who have (realistically speaking) been cooking at semi-professional levels for 10+ years, out of ingredients sourced commercially in Tokyo. If not safest in world, up there.

I need this in Boulder, CO. Not to consume, no. I kind of want to do some weekend cooking classes and also taste some of what others do with dishes (without, naturally, having to break bank to do so).
