I am always curious about the psychology of sending an email to ask someone a question which solicits a bit of factual information which is abundantly available on the first link of the most obvious Google search.

Your examples may be obvious enough that this is not relevant, but I'm a tech professional, and frequently only stumble upon the string that Google wants after several tries. I may give up after two tries, then find the answer 20 minutes later.

If we could get a proper oracle, I think it would help to have a live feed: "Your associate just found search results that you would've failed to find. Their query was X."
