I have come to really appreciate the skill to learn. Do begin with yourself and understand how you function when it comes to learning and apply that to coding. Then remember coding is a creative craft. Create!

Here’s what I did: 1. Start MIT OpenCourseWare intro to CS for non-majors 2. Look at programming languages, decided I found python easy to grasp 3. Pick a project that I wanted to build in that language’s web app framework 4. Break project down into tiny steps and google each

I too did this, but their course for "majors" and have strarted (and almost finished) online school at Western Governer's University for it. Open Course Ware is fantastic.
